Housing Office Ocean View

The Ocean View Apartments are two Westmont-owned apartment buildings close to downtown Santa Barbara.  They are located at 11 and 13 Ocean View Avenue.

About 75 juniors and seniors live in Ocean View every semester. There are two apartment types available: triples and quadruples. Both styles contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. In the triple occupancy apartments, the student who takes the single bedroom will pay an extra fee. In the quad apartments, each bedroom is double occupancy.
