PAYMENT INFORMATION
Fall and Spring Semester Payment Schedule
TWO OPTIONS:
Pay in Full by Aug. 15 for Fall Semester Pay in Full by Dec. 15 for Spring Semester | Payment Plan 3 payments due Dec 15, Jan 15 and Feb 15 for Spring Semester |

Minimum Initial Payment and Late Fee
Payment is due by August 15 for Fall semester and December 15 for Spring semester, whether you pay in full or make the first of the three payments. If we receive the minimum payment after this date, you must pay a late fee of $150.
Finance Charges
If your account is not paid by the dates indicated, a finance charge of ten percent per annum will be assessed at the end of each month, unless you are within a payment plan for a semester.
Adjustments and Final Payments
Financial aid and student charges are subject to change, and any changes will lead to appropriate modifications to the required monthly payments. You may modify scheduled ACH payment amounts prior to the payment date.
You must pay all charges on your student account in full by the end of October for the fall semester and the end of February for the spring semester to qualify to register for classes and reserve campus housing for the next semester.
How to make a payment:
Credit and debit cards are not accepted as payment. You may pay online, wire transfer, by check, cash, cashier’s check, or a money order.
Bank Returned Check or ACH Fee:
Please note that all returned checks or ACH payments will be assessed a $30 fee.

In Person:

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
By mail or to overnight a payment, you must mail to:

Be Sure to include the Student's name and ID number on the check.
BILLING PROCEDURES
Every month, Westmont will email you a link to your billing information via email. Students will receive these emails at their Westmont email address and at other email addresses that students authorize.
Students must authorize parents or guardians to view their accounts at the preceding page or Account Login.
The information will be updated nightly, and will reflect the status of each student’s enrollment and financial aid. Financial aid and student charges may change subject to additional documents submitted or actions taken by the student.
